I'm WAY far behind on blog reading. I'm trying, but it's not going well. At home, I get very little time to myself, and when I do, I'm absolutely obsessed with The Hunger Games.
When I have a few minutes between kids at school, I (shhh) try to read a post here or there. But it's IEP season and this week is apparently meltdowns-from-Hell week (seriously, the first four kids I saw today were either in crisis or dangerously close to it).
So when I do get a sec, and I read your brilliant post, and I want to leave my own loving comment, and I can't, I get so frustrated. I haven't been able to figure out why that's been happening lately. And then my friend Colleen posted this post today explaining it.
As she explained in her post, if your comment box is embedded below your post, then we can't comment on your posts. So if you go into your settings, then go to comments, and make your comment box appear in it's own window, you'll be golden. I can leave you some love.
Help a sister out, would ya?

I had NO idea! (new blogger here but still) I just fixed my settings, thanks for that tip!
Also, I just started reading The Hunger Games, on Chapter 7... and LOVING it, I've been falling asleep reading it the past few nights!

I was having this issue months ago until a wise woman told me another fix.
You know how when you log into blogger there's that little box to check that says "Click to stay signed it" Don't click the box! It's kind of a pain to have to sign in to blogger every time...but it fixed the comment issue!

I totally have the same problem as you... I'm way behind on reading blogs, let alone commenting, let alone even writing on my own blog! If I have a free moment, I'm usually catching up on my DVR'd shows, or reading... or better yet--sleeping! ;p Thanks for the tip!
Hi! Thanks for your e-mail today. I'm not sure why you were having trouble, and other people aren't. BUT, I went ahead and changed my comment setting to a pop up box. Someday when you get a free moment (HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, I know), can you please come back by and see if that helped the solution? I want to make sure EVERYONE can comment :) Thanks!!!!
