I am with you. Neither traits or better or worse but just different. We have a range of personalities in our family and are three kids are all very different. I can't wait to meet the new baby and get to know their personality too.

I wrote a research paper in college about siblings, and pretty much everything I read said that the second kid is practically the polar opposite of the first. It's amazing how often I've found that to be true when talking to my friends.

One thing that your boys have in common, though? They are both absolutely adorable.

ummm i just adore that photo of you and G. gorgeous mama! kate and i always laugh because the personalities we had as kids totally switched when we were teens. she was the shy, scared kid and i was the boisterous one. somewhere along the line that switched... i'd like to think we're both much more balanced now though. lol

I am already comparing these two kids and I don't even know one of them yet! Everything about my pregnancy is compared to my pregnancy with Evalyn. It's natural, I think. There's no way you wouldn't do it. Your boys are both so sweet and special and wonderfully perfect.

Love love love this post. There's nothing wrong with recognizing the differences between the two. L seems like the perfect little buddy to have, and I'd like to just squeeze G. haha. My N is a mix of your two boys... great gross/fine motor skills, not much of a talker, used to get overstimulated easily, cuddly, runs constantly, always a big boy, etc. :)
I used to think I wanted a bunch of girls, but every day I'm more convinced that I was meant for a house full of boys. :)
